SL Engineers believes that a better world starts with an education and that sharing of knowledge help reducing barriers between people.

SL Engineers promotes and supports various activity that enables a better understanding of the use of renewable energy. Below are some of example of program or conferences that we support.

Singapore University MBA Program support – Singapore – March 2017

SL Engineers was the proud co-organizer of one of the Singapore University MBA panels. A panel of various professionals got together to discuss the direction and the regulatory framework and their hurdles for Renewable Energy in South-East Asia.

Following a 1h panel conversation, the floor was opened to the students of the MBA and Executive MBA program.

Renewable Energy Conference – Manila – July 2017

SL Engineers worked with IBC Asia to develop the agenda and topic for discussions of the next renewable energy week. Find the conference program at www.philippinespower.com

SL Engineers Back to School program in Gabon – Jan 2018 – March 2023

Though the 4 years of contracting in Africa on the Kinguele Aval Hydropower Project, the team supported children in schooling difficulties from various neighborhood. The program included:

• Sport competition during school breaks with prizes for all participants for going back to schools
• Grants to pay school fees
• Provision of school supplies and school uniforms
• …

Though the 4-year program, about a dozen of kids which has dropped out went back to school and are advancing with their educations.
